1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Two Cats Interiors website

and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Two Cats Interiors provides interior design services including but not limited to:

Interior design consultation

Space planning and design

Furniture selection and procurement

Project management for renovations and new construction

Design documentation and specifications

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Payment Terms

Initial consultation fees are due upon booking

Design fees are outlined in individual project proposals

Product purchases require deposits as specified in contracts

Final payments are due upon project completion

3.2 Client Cooperation

Provide accurate information about project requirements, budget, and timeline

Grant reasonable access to project sites

Make timely decisions to avoid project delays

Communicate changes or concerns promptly

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1 Design Ownership

All design concepts, drawings, and specifications remain the property of Two Cats Interiors until final payment is received

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for their specific project

Two Cats Interiors retains the right to photograph completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes

4.2 Third-Party Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any materials, images, or content they provide

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Service Limitations

Two Cats Interiors is not responsible for construction defects, contractor performance, or product manufacturing defects

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our design services

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

5.2 Product Purchases

All product purchases are subject to manufacturer warranties

Two Cats Interiors facilitates purchases but is not responsible for product defects or delivery delays beyond our control

6. PROJECT MODIFICATIONS

Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees

Significant scope changes require written approval and updated contracts

Timeline adjustments may be necessary for project modifications

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel projects with 48-hour written notice

Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed

Deposits for ordered products may be non-refundable

Specific cancellation terms are outlined in individual project contracts

8. FORCE MAJEURE

Two Cats Interiors is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hawaii, governed by Hawaii state law.

10. MODIFICATIONS

Two Cats Interiors reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
